2024-2025 Annual Tuition & Fees

Registration fees cover student's insurance, textbooks, and admission fees. This is an annual,
non-refundable fee.

Technology fees cover equipment updates, educational subscriptions, and the parent/student alert system. This is an annual, non-refundable fee.

Graduation fees for Kindergarten are $60 and for 8th grade are $80. These fees will be charged at the end of the year.

High school fees will be required no later than first day of attendance and work/community service hours are required each week as part of the curriculum.

Each family will be required to volunteer at the school for 10 hours during the year per attending child. A $150.00 fee per student will be applied if this requirement is not met.

Monthly tuition payments may be made by check, cash, CashApp, or debit/credit through our website.
Tuition Discounts

5% discount for yearly tuition prepaid in full by August 15

2% discount for tuition prepaid by semester – due by August 15 and January 15
-
10% discount for active military and veterans with proof of service
*No prepaid discounts if scholarships are awarded
Family Tuition Discounts
When two or more children from the same family are enrolled, the following discounts will apply:

The second child will receive 10% off tuition ($5,400/year)

The third child will receive 15% off tuition ($5,100/year)

The fourth child will receive 20% off tuition ($4,800/year)
-
No discount is given to the first child (the oldest child is considered the first child)
Miscellaneous
Information regarding the cost of field trips, pizza and after school programs will be provided as they occur. All other elective fees are available by request.

GEORGIA PROMISE SCHOLARSHIP
The Georgia Promise Scholarship Program is aimed to empower families to pursue exceptional educational programs through nonpublic schooling, including private school and home study. Should eligible families choose to leave public school (or forgo attending as a new kindergartner) to participate, the Georgia Promise Scholarship will allow families to use funds for private school tuition and fees, required textbooks, tutoring services, curriculum, physician/therapist services, transportation services, and other approved expenses.
Scholarship Amount: $6500 per eligible student (administrative fee may apply)
Student Eligibility:

Enrolled in GA public school for the 2024-2025 year OR entering kindergarten for the 2025-2026 year

The student resides in the attendance zone of a public school included on the Governor’s office of Student Achievement (GOSA) published list of lower performing schools

Parent has resided in GA for 1+ years; exception for active-duty military

Students cannot be recipients of the GA Special Needs Scholarship or GA Student Scholarship Organization Scholarship

MARGARET LIPSCOMBE EDUCATION ENDOWMENT SCHOLARSHIP
The Margaret Lipscombe Education Endowment was created by a request from Margaret Lipscombe for assistance to in-need Seventh-day Adventist students that also demonstrate a commitment to continue their education through the SDA school system.
Scholarship Amount: Scholarship award varies per eligible student
Student Eligibility:

Student must be a member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church
-
Student has a grade average of 3.5 or above
-
Student is attending an SDA school in GCC
-
Graduates from Kindergarten to 1st grade OR 8th grade to 9th grade within Adventist Christian School (Awarded to in-need families committed to remain at ACS)
Application forms provided in this packet. Applications are due on July 1 and recipients will be informed of assistance by July 31.
AUGUSTA-FIRST SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTIST CHURCH SCHOLARSHIP ASSISTANCE
Members from the Augusta-First Seventh-day Adventist Church donate monthly to provide aid to families in need at Adventist Christian School.
Scholarship Amount: Max scholarship award does not exceed half of student’s annual tuition (no registration fees covered).

GEORGIA STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP ORGANIZATION
We are now partnering with Georgia SSO which gives Georgia taxpayers a dollar-for-dollar tax credit used to provide Georgia children with a school-choice learning experience.
Scholarship Amount: Scholarship award varies based on amount of applicants and donations received
Student Eligibility:

Must be a Georgia resident and be 4 years old by September 1st

Qualified to enroll in Pre K, Kindergarten, or first grade - automatically eligible

Was enrolled in public school or home schooled last year- automatically eligible
-
Has ever received a scholarship through the program - automatically eligible

If never attended public school, Second grade and up must attend a Georgia public school for at least six weeks
-
The six-week public school attendance requirements shall be waived in the case of a student who:
* Based on residence, would be assigned to a low performing school
* Documented cases of physical violence or verbal abuse threatening physical harm
* Home schooled or Public school in the year prior
* Previously received a scholarship
Annual scholarship applications will be available February 1st through December 6th.
